Does this replace our CAMA system?

No. Valcre for Government runs inside Valcre Online alongside your CAMA system. Records can be exported for entry or integration; replacing CAMA is not required.

Where does the cost data come from?

Cost factors come from the Marshall & Swift API integration. This does not include access to the book.

Will the trace hold up at a board hearing?

Calculation Trace records the input, factor, source reference, and effective date for each line at the time of valuation, and can be exported as an exhibit. Your counsel determines admissibility in your jurisdiction.

How is our data secured?

Valcre Online is a multi-tenant cloud platform with organization, office, and user-level permissions, operated under SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 controls. Security documentation is available for IT review during procurement.
