An active commercial/exempt parcel valued in Valcre. Your tier is set by that count, not by users or reports.

Do you charge per user?

No. Every tier includes unlimited users across all departments.

What if we outgrow our tier mid-term?

Add a CE Parcel Expansion Pack (500, 1,000 or 2,500 parcels) rather than upgrading the full platform tier.

How do renewals work?

Year 1 is the contract base; Years 2–5 escalate 6% annually on a five-year schedule.
