Yes. Every plan includes one full migration of your current data. To get started, send us your data from your previous system in XLSX, CSV, XML or a supported database backup, organized in columns with headers that identify each type of data. Migration begins once we’ve received all of your files.
What data can you migrate?
Job records, property records, transaction records (land and improved sales; retail, office, industrial and land leases; multifamily, self-storage and manufactured housing surveys) and expenses.
Is there an implementation fee?
Yes. A one-time implementation and professional services fee applies in addition to your subscription.
How long does implementation take?
You have a dedicated Implementation Specialist for your first 90 days, and most firms are producing reports fully out of Valcre within a few weeks.
Can our reports keep our firm’s look?
Yes. During implementation, your report templates are branded with your firm’s logo, colors and letterhead.
Who trains our team?
Valcre’s dedicated training team trains your appraisers on Valcre Online, the Valuation Workbook and the Valuation Report. We also host weekly webinars, and the help center has on-demand videos for anytime learning.
Can we keep producing reports while we switch?
Yes. You can add Valcre Assist, our front-end report prep service, during your transition. Our research team prepares your jobs, research and templates so your appraisers can keep delivering while they learn Valcre.
Is our data secure during migration?
Yes. Valcre is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified, your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and the platform is hosted on Microsoft Azure with redundancy, failover and disaster recovery built in.
Can we get our data out of Valcre?
Yes. Your data is yours. You can export it to Excel, CSV, XML or JSON, and database backups, direct BI connections like Power BI and Tableau, and a REST API are available on supported plans.
