Your tier, by total assets
Eight tiers. Seats to match. One conversation away from a firm number.
Relative rate per review by tier
The more reviews you run, the less each one costs.
Eight asset tiers, one plan. Full seats and an annual review allowance sized to institutions your size, so the only thing that scales is your balance sheet.
Every tier includes

Each report is checked against USPAP, FIRREA and interagency guidance, and every answer is cited to the page it came from. Your reviewer verifies each item.
Your checklist, configured for you
We configure your institution’s checklist and scope of review during implementation, at no added cost.
Math checks and findings
Key figures are recalculated from the report’s own inputs, and every exception lands in one list with a plain-language reason.

Findings, checklist results, math and scope roll into a memo your reviewer edits, signs and exports to Word or PDF.
A review record that holds up
Every verification and override is stamped with who made it and when. Overrides require a written reason.

One annual subscription, set by your institution’s total assets across eight tiers. Each tier includes full reviewer seats and an annual review allowance, and your firm number comes in a scoped quote.
How is my tier set?
By your institution’s total assets. The same eight-tier schedule applies to banks and credit unions, and your tier is set by asset size, not by users or reports.
How do seats work?
Each tier includes full reviewer seats, sized to your institution. Additional full seats are available at a flat annual rate.
Do credit unions price the same as banks?
Yes. The same eight tiers apply to banks and credit unions, based on total assets.
Is checklist configuration extra?
No. Configuring your checklist and scope of review is part of implementation.
What counts as a review?
Each appraisal report uploaded and run through Report Review counts as one review against your annual allowance.
What if we go over our allowance?
Additional reviews bill at your tier’s per-review rate. You stay on your current tier, with no renegotiation.
