Yes. Valcre offers unlimited support by live chat, phone and email. We’re here to help you every step of the way. Valcre is available for live chat Monday through Friday from 9 am to 8 pm ET, and on the weekends from 9 am to 6 pm ET.
Valcre accepts all major credit cards, ACH and wire transfers.
Yes. We never collect your credit card details. Your credit card details are stored only by Chargebee, Valcre’s third-party invoicing service.
Yes. If you cancel your subscription we can provide you a backup of your data.
In order to use Valcre’s Microsoft Office® templates and add-ins, you will need to be running Office on a Microsoft Windows®-compatible computer.
