Does Valcre offer support?

Yes. Valcre offers unlimited support by live chat, phone and email. We’re here to help you every step of the way. Valcre is available for live chat Monday through Friday from 9 am to 8 pm ET, and on the weekends from 9 am to 6 pm ET.

What form of payments do you accept?

Valcre accepts all major credit cards, ACH and wire transfers.

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes. We never collect your credit card details. Your credit card details are stored only by Chargebee, Valcre’s third-party invoicing service.

Does Valcre offer training?

Yes. Valcre training is included with the onboarding fee.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel at any time, for any reason if you have a monthly subscription. At the point of cancellation, you will still have full access until the end of the current monthly billing period. Cancellation terms for annual subscriptions are included in contracts. Please note that cancellations need to be provided 30 days in advance to a monthly billing period ending date.

Can I get my data back if I cancel my subscription?

Yes. If you cancel your subscription we can provide you a backup of your data.

Do I have to customize the platform branding to fit my company?

No. We will customize the branding of the platform to represent your brand as part of the onboarding fee.

Will this work on Apple computers?

In order to use Valcre's Microsoft Office® templates and add-ins, you will need to be running Office on a Microsoft Windows®-compatible computer.

What property types are supported?

Currently Valcre covers 16 property types including: office, retail, industrial, land, multifamily, affordable, LIHTC, mixed-use, religious facilities, self-storage, quick serve restaurant, C-store / gas station, manufactured housing community, eminent domain and hospitality.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. There are no hidden fees with Valcre. During the sign-up process we will be clear about any fees that will be associated with your subscription.

Are there any cancellation fees?

No. If circumstances change and you need to cancel your subscription, there are no additional cancellation fees.

Am I locked into a long-term contract?

No. Valcre offers both monthly and annual contracts. Please see Valcre’s Pricing page for more information.

Can I use My iPhone or Android phone to access the software?

Yes. Valcre’s mobile app works on both iOS and Android, including iPads and tablets.

What discounts do you offer?

Valcre currently offers a discounted rate for annual contracts and an additional discount for members of the Appraisal Institute for annual subscriptions.
