Valcre offers unlimited and free training and support by phone, email, and live chat. We’re here to help you every step of the way.

What form of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, billing/invoicing is done via the third-party invoicing service Paypal. We never collect your credit card number.

Is my credit card information secure?

We never collect your credit card details, they are stored only by Paypal, one of the largest payment processors in the world.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel at any time, for any reason. You'll still have full access until the end of the current monthly billing period.

Do I have to customize the platform branding to fit my company?

No. We will customize the branding of the platform to represent your brand which is included at no charge. 

Can I export my data?

Yes. If you cancel your subscription we can export your data and give it back to you.
