Adnan Darr is the Chief Operating Officer at Valcre, a leading provider of appraisal software solutions for the real estate industry. As COO, Adnan provides company-wide leadership across all functions and business verticals, including Client Success, Finance, and Operations. Building on his extensive experience in client success, real estate, technology, and business operations, he drives strategic execution, operational performance, financial discipline, and sustainable growth across the organization. His career gives him a unique perspective on both the customer and operational sides of the business, as well as a deep understanding of the value, financials, and operations of commercial and multifamily assets.

Prior to Valcre, Adnan was the Global Vice President of Customer Success Operations at VTS, where he was instrumental in optimizing customer experience and driving operational efficiency. Before joining VTS, Adnan was a founding member of Rise Buildings, where he served as the Chief Business Officer. At Rise Buildings, Adnan specialized in merging technology with property operations and the resident experience, playing a pivotal role in the company’s growth and strategic direction until its acquisition by VTS.

Adnan’s career also includes a significant tenure at Group Fox Management, a Chicago-based property management company focusing on market-rate residential and mixed-use properties. As Vice President of Operations at Group Fox, he built effective management teams, increased revenue, and controlled operating expenses. Additionally, he was crucial in the acquisition, planning, and renovation of undervalued properties, enhancing their overall value.

Earlier in his career, Adnan held successful management positions at Waterton Associates and The Habitat Company. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice/Pre-Law from the University of Illinois at Chicago and attended John Marshall Law School in Chicago. Adnan also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.
