What can users expect?

When users log in to Valcre Online, they will find the familiar Valcre experience they enjoy today, but with faster performance and responsiveness. There are a few areas where users will see an enhanced workflow experience:

  • Search enhancements
  • New dashboards

Optimized view layouts

Users can choose between “Comfortable” and “Compact” views to optimize their experience for different devices and screen sizes. Comfortable View is designed for laptops and smaller screens, with larger fonts and spacing that makes it easier to use. Compact View, which will look familiar as its the same view as what you’ve experienced in the existing platform, is perfect for users that like to see a lot of information at once. It’s easy to switch between views, so users can choose the view that works best for them.

Search enhancements

Valcre Online already provides a robust search experience with advanced filters, radius searches, customizable result grids, and rich exports from your search results. We’ve improved search further by loading unlimited search results immediately and allowing advanced sorting and filtering on all of your results at once.

New dashboards

We’re incredibly excited to introduce our new dashboards, with significant improvements that make it easier to stay on top of your team’s appraisals, manage your schedule, and get helpful insights into clients and billings.

Dashboard improvements include:

  • Enhanced job cards with photos and quick access to convenient actions
  • Choose from multiple dashboard views, or create your own with advanced filters
  • Pin your favorite views for easy access
  • New user selector allows you to create views for different teams and groups
  • Improved calendar and scheduling views show more events, and what’s coming next

We’ve also enhanced the dashboard with a new Insights tab where you can find easy access to client and billing reports. We have some amazing improvements on the way that will give you truly unique insights into how your appraisal business is operating, including job pipeline, outstanding fees, top clients, and more.
